Visit to Toronto

I flew to Toronto to visit Grandpa and Grandma for the weekend. It was really cold, but I still enjoyed exploring Grandpa's new house and shopping with Grandma

How do they fit all these leggo's in this small bag??

My new obsession is DVD's. I like to chew on them and stick my thumb through the middle.

Lots of dad's childhood friends came to visit me. I got all dressed up for the party

I really liked aunt Nicole's Dora kitchen. Maybe this means I will be a good cook?

I was pretty excited about the plane ride home, I checked out all the equipment to make sure it was working properly

This is how I preferred to ride home but mom and dad made me sit down most of the time

I finally wore out and slept about half the way home
What a good visit. I can't wait to come back this summer

Random thoughts

"Hee hee suckers, now that I can drink from a straw I get to share all my cold germs with you!"

"...This snack time stuff is lame. You pulled me from the living room demolition for this?"

"....now back to my demo project"

"Yeah! My first balloon :) Now get this weird thing off my wrist!"

"Come on mom, certainly you can put a diaper on backwards and upside down...all the other moms can do it."

"Oh...do you like my hair? I did it myself during my nap.
And this toothpaste says it's for toddlers. why are you brushing my six teeth already?"

Day in the life

Now that I'm so active and growing everyday, I thought you might like to see what I've been doing~ Here is a typical day
After breakfast I like to play in the tunnel in my play room...

I help mom "organize" the living room while she cleans up my breakfast mess...

Then I help her refold the laundry...

I'm obsessed with shoes so I sneak in the office and chew on them....

I talk to the little boy in the mirror as I'm crawling laps around the house.....

I pull off my shoes and socks every time I get in my car seat...

I like to raid the bathroom and eat toilet paper fresh off the roll...

...then I like to take everything I can find and dump it in the bathtub....

Finally after an eventful dinner of throwing my food all over the floor I take a fun bath...

Before I head off to bed I like to chew on the lotion bottles and play with the light switch....
Whew.....My mom says I'm a handful, but I like to think I'm "entertaining" :)

Snow Day

We've had so much so lately, mom thought we would go out and make snow angels

Turns out I hate the snow......
...too cold, too deep, too weird

I felt better crawling around on solid ground

Or perched against the tree at least

I tried my best to enjoy it....

...but I liked being in mom's arms the best :)

Happy New Year!

I had a great time in California celebrating the holidays and my birthday!

Finally graduated to a big chair! Now I can finally join in the fun and smile at mom and dad when we're driving around

I didn't really know what to do with the presents either, so I just rummaged through all the wrapping paper :)

I was so excited it snowed on Christmas day!
