Look who's walking

Look at me! I'm finally taking my first independent steps.
I still get nervous, but I'm getting more comfortable everyday.
I can stand on my own for a few minutes now while playing with toys. I picked up this cute new trick at daycare- it's called " dance dance" where I hold on to something and run in place while smiling- I think this is so funny and I love to show off my moves. These are huge milestones for me and mom and dad are so proud, all my hard work and physical therapy are paying off :)
Dad is being silly and standing up in my play tunnel, I went to check it out.

Grandpa andGrandma :)

I was so happy last week. Grandpa and Grandpa Bryan came to visit me all the way from California

They played silly games with me and made me laugh all week :)

We spent a lot of time outside in the beautiful spring sunshine

G & G pulled me around on my toy wagon...I was sitting on top of all my toys actually!

On Mothers Day went for a walk at the Cueno museum and gardens

I got a new wagon that I just love to ride around in

G & G bought me a basketball hoop, it's so much fun and helps me work on my balance and standing too!!

Beach time!

We finally took a much needed vacation to sunny Florida- this was the first time I went to the ocean

I found all these cool shells on the beach...

...and tried to eat them

What I really enjoyed most was swimming with mom. I surprised everyone by kicking my legs and arms and pretty much swimming on my own...with the help of mom holding up my tummy of course

I'm such a good swimmer already!! I can't walk on my own but I can swim...interesting???

Dad bought me this cool floating seat...this was fun and relaxing

We went to the Tampa Bay Zoo and rode on the carousel

Mom took me to the petting zoo. I liked the furry goats, but I really wanted to keep touching the lama's behind...mom thought that was too gross

Since we didn't have any tide pools to play in, dad made me one with my green bucket :)
